ANXIETY THERAPY IN CALIFORNIA
Calm your mind. Reconnect to the present.
Bilingual Support for First-Gen, Overwhelmed, and High-Achieving Adults
You’re constantly overthinking. Your mind won’t slow down, even when you're trying to rest.
Maybe you replay conversations, worry about making mistakes, or feel like you're holding everything together for everyone — all while feeling disconnected from yourself.
Whether it shows up as racing thoughts, tension in your body, or the fear of disappointing others, anxiety can leave you feeling exhausted and stuck.
How Anxiety Might Be Showing Up:
You're always “on,” even when you're alone.
You second-guess your decisions constantly.
You feel guilty for resting or saying “no.”
You find it hard to express your needs without worrying how others will react.
You're overwhelmed by daily tasks but push through anyway.
You’re not alone — and there’s nothing “wrong” with you. Anxiety is often a sign that your body and mind are trying to protect you from something that feels unsafe or unfamiliar.
how i can help
Therapy can help you understand your triggers and learn skills to cope with the anxiety.
My Approach to Anxiety Therapy
As a bilingual therapist and eldest daughter, I understand how anxiety can feel woven into identity, family roles, and cultural expectations. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to explain your background — you can just be.
We’ll work together to:
Understand your anxiety patterns and where they come from.
Learn how your nervous system responds to stress (and how to soothe it).
Set boundaries without guilt.
Reconnect with your values and voice.
My approach blends talk therapy, somatic tools (mind-body awareness), brainspotting and cultural sensitivity. We’ll move at your pace, honoring your story and building tools that feel empowering — not overwhelming.
What You Can Expect in Sessions
Therapy is a collaborative space. In our 50-minute sessions, we’ll start with what’s most urgent — whether that’s calming panic, building confidence, or navigating a transition.
As we work together, you’ll:
Develop emotional awareness and language around your anxiety
Practice grounding techniques that work in real life
Challenge perfectionism, fear of failure, or internalized pressure
Reconnect with your strengths and intuition

imagine if you…
Understood your feelings.
Could stop constantly worrying.
Felt connected and tuned into your mind and body.
