I ama bilingual, first-gen, licensed therapist who’s walked the path of over-responsibility, perfectionism, and healing. I create a culturally affirming, emotionally safe space for adults who are tired of pretending they’re fine.

I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Spanglish, with a trauma-informed, client-paced approach. My work is heart-led, culturally rooted, and designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
